About This Event
Step back in time and experience Shakespeare like never before at the historic Middle Temple. This summer, the renowned London legal chambers, established in the 1300's, will host ‘Walk the Bard’, an exclusive immersive promenade theatre experience.
The production takes place in the stunning Elm Court Garden, located in the heart of the Middle Temple from August 29th to 31st and brings together six curated scenes from Shakespeare’s most treasured plays, set across the decades, all exploring the theme of love and its constancy.
The audience will partake in an audio immersive experience, from stage whispers to chirping Tuscan crickets, delivered via individual headsets whilst moving through the grounds guided by a mischievous Elizabethan fool - reimagined with a modern twist - accompanied by his troupe of musicians.
